Excerpts of selected topics of the Student's Book and the Teacher's Book are available as PDF files.

Teacher's Book

The Teacher's Book contains the teacher's notes with detailled insctructions for in-class activities and student handouts.

Teacher's CD

For selected topics there are additional sound files for in-class usage

Student's Book

The Student's Book and the Audio CD contain essentially the same materials as the e-learning component. The Student's Book is primarily designed to be used in classes that do not make use of the e-learning component.

Topik 12: Orang Utan

Audio CD

The Audio CD for students contains the same audio files that are available in the e-learning component (either on CD-ROM or online). The Audio CD is only needed when instructors want to use the Student's Book for a traditionally deliverd class without e-leaning component.

The e-learning component

Here you can preview selected topics from the e-learning component of this course. The e-learning component is available as a CD-ROM. Students can play the CD-ROM on their computers or the instructor can uplod the content of the CD-ROM to any course management system (such as WebCT, Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai, etc). This is the desirable option as it allows students to communicate with each other using the discussion forum tools of the course management system.
